At the Southeast Tennessee Development District, Adrienne created the agency’s first Twitter account. With the rebranding of the agency, she created a customized background for the Twitter profile and regularly updated the account with breaking news and information.

Facebook: Southeast Tennessee Development District

While at the Southeast Tennessee Development District, Adrienne launched a Facebook account for the organization and later upgraded the page to Facebook’s new timeline.

Using the functionality of Timeline, she connected the Facebook page to SETDD’s e-mail list sign-up, RSS feed and photos of the agency’s programs.

Online Ads: Google AdWords for CHOICES Program

While working at the Southeast Tennessee Development District, Adrienne worked with the Southeast Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability to launch their first Google AdWords account to promote the CHOICES program.

Over a 12-month period, Adrienne updated the AdWords and monitored the campaigns. She maintained a .3% click thru rate and helped raise visibility for the program within the region.

The Google AdWords also helped the agency test successful ad headlines that were subsequently used in print advertising.

Project Management: CampusReform.org

In July 2009, Adrienne temporarily joined the Leadership Institute to finalize the development and launch of the CampusReform.org, a social network for conservative and libertarian college students.

Built on Drupal and developed by Terra Eclipse, the website connects and trains college students throughout the country. Adrienne oversaw a staff of three and worked with field teams to promote the site. She also utilized contacts throughout the conservative movement and traditional media to cover the launch.

Volunteer: Lookout Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America Website

In 2011, Adrienne was asked to join the board of the Lookout Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and create a new website.

Hosting the site on Dreamhost, she used the WordPress platform to build a customized site for the chapter. She also serves as the current webmaster and regularly updates the sites and participates in regular calls with other PRSA chapter webmasters in the Southeast region.

Volunteer: Junior League of Chattanooga Website Chair

Beginning in 2011, Adrienne stepped up to serve as the website assistant chair for the Junior League of Chattanooga and assumed the chair position in May 2012.

During this time, Adrienne worked with Closerware to upgrade the content management system to WebsitePlus while actively updating the site to keep active members updated during one of the busiest parts of the year. Adrienne also established training materials and videos, and spent several weeks attending meetings to train members on the new system.

In May 2011, Adrienne and her website chair were named Communications MVPs for their hard work.

During the 2012-2013 League year, Adrienne is responsible for all updates and maintenance to the website. She spends approximately 2 hours a week working on this volunteer project.

Project Management: Senator Rick Santorum’s America’s Foundation PAC

During the year prior to the announcement that he was running for President of the United States, Adrienne served as the project manager for Senator Rick Santorum’s America’s Foundation PAC.

Through this project, she worked with graphic designers to redesign the PAC’s website, wrote e-mail copy to activate and expand his distribution list, managed Facebook and Google ads, updated Senator Santorum’s Facebook page, and connected the Senator to conservative bloggers and helped him improve his Twitter skills.

Project Management: Sarah Palin Legal Defense Fund Website & Fundraising

Adrienne served as the project manager for creating the website for the Sarah Palin Legal Defense Fund and the subsequent campaign to raise enough support to help Governor Palin with her legal bills in Alaska.

In addition to working with the web designer, web host, and Governor Palin’s team, Adrienne wrote copy for e-mail fundraising alerts, recruited bloggers to help with this effort and helped promote it using digital media.

Mobile: 2010 CPAC iPhone App

While working at RaiseDigital, Adrienne helped coordinate advertising and information for the official iPhone application for the 2010 Conservative Political Action Conference. The app was built by PurpleForge, a mobile developer in Vancouver Cananda.
